Hi everyone, this week we are once again stepping outside of the normal blog format, we’re going to be making instant pot Mac and Cheese. A simple delicious dish perfect for kids.
Ingredients needed:
- 2 cups of water
- 2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup of milk
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- Salt and pepper
- 2 cups of elbow macaroni
Instructions
- Pour water and elbow macaroni into the instant pot.
- Close lid, set the instant pot to a high pressure for 4 minutes, and use a quick release.
- Open lid, add the milk, shredded cheddar cheese , milk, pepper and salt.
- Stir until the cheese and butter are melted, and it looks creamy.
Be careful not to eat if allergic to any ingredients.
