How long will shipping take?
All orders are shipped within 12-36 hours from our warehouse in Nimes, 30 Gard, France . Delivery times will depend on your shipping option but all orders are tracked from our facility to your door.
How do I know if my order is confirmed?
Order confirmation can be found only through the tracking number and page associated with it. This would be sent through email & approx. 3 days after your initial ordering. You can also check out your tracked shipping through the website's Order Tracker found at the website's footer
Can I change my shipping address after my order is placed?
Changing Shipping Address is possible, but must be done within 12 hours of the initial ordering.
